Place flour and sugar in mixing bowl; set aside.
In saucepan, bring to boil butter, Crisco, cocoa and water.
Pour over sugar and flour.
Mix well and add milk, eggs, vanilla and soda.
Mix well and pour into greased and floured pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
