Chocolate Sheet Cake
Chocolate Sheet Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, pinch of salt, 4 tbsp. cocoa and 1 c. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix flour, sugar and salt in mixing bowl.
Put cocoa, water, margarine and oil in saucepan; bring to boil.
Pour over dry ingredients while hot.
Dissolve soda in buttermilk, add along with eggs and vanilla to mixture.
Beat until smooth.
Grease and flour pan.
Pour into 18 x 12 x 1-inch pan.
Bake for 18 minutes at 400Β°. While cake is baking make icing.
