Chocolate Scotcheroos
Chocolate Scotcheroos is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. light corn syrup, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. peanut butter, 6 c. rice krispies and 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Measure corn syrup and sugar into large saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until sugar dissolves and mixture begins to boil.
Remove from heat.
Stir in peanut butter. Mix well.
Add Rice Krispies.
Stir until well coated.
Press mixture into buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Set aside.
