Chocolate Scotch Marble Cake
Chocolate Scotch Marble Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yellow cake mix, 1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant butterscotch pudding mix, 1/2 c. cooking oil, 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In large bowl, blend first 5 ingredients.
Beat 2 minutes at high speed.
Pour 2 cups of batter in another bowl.
Stir butterscotch bits into 1 mixture and chocolate in other.
Pour 1/2 of light batter in greased tube pan, then pour chocolate batter. Repeat using the light; marble by folding with knife in cutting motion.
Bake at 325Β° for 50 or 55 minutes.
Ice as you like.
I use sour cream icing.
