Chocolate Sauce
Chocolate Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 oz. sweet cooking chocolate, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 1/4 c. reconstituted nonfat dry milk, 1 tbsp. sugar and dash of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt chocolate in top of double boiler. Blend sugar, cornstarch and salt into a saucepan and slowly stir in milk.
Cook until mixture thickens and becomes bubbly.
Blend in chocolate. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and margarine.
Stir until margarine melts. Chill.
Makes 1 cup.
