Chocolate Pudding Cookies
Chocolate Pudding Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (4 serving size) pkg. jell-o instant pudding (chocolate flavor), 1 c. buttermilk baking mix, 1/4 c. oil, 1 egg and peanut butter chips or other assorted candies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix pudding mix and baking mix together.
Add oil and egg.
Form mixture into 1/2-inch balls. Place balls on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
Press thumb into middle of each ball to make a thumbprint.
Place chips or other candies in thumbprint.
Bake at 350° for 5 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove from cookie sheet.
Cool on wire racks.
Makes 36 cookies.
