Chocolate Pudding Cake
Chocolate Pudding Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. cocoa, 2 c. water, 12 marshmallows or use 48 miniature marshmallows and devil's food cake mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In an oblong 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, mix brown sugar and cocoa. Stir in water until well blended.
Snip 12 marshmallows into quarters and scatter over this mixture (or use the miniature marshmallows).
Spoon over this any devil's food cake batter prepared according to the box.
Top with broken nuts.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
Great for a crowd.
