Chocolate Pudding
Chocolate Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. milk, scalded (do not boil), 1 c. milk or cream, 2 c. sugar, 8 tbsp. flour and 3 egg yolks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix dry ingredients.
Add egg yolks and cup of milk.
Slowly stir into scalded milk and cook until thick.
Pour into oven-safe container.
If desired top with meringue, made by beating 3 egg whites until stiff; and beating in 3 heaping tablespoons sugar. Put on top and brown in 350Β° oven.
