Cream butter, Crisco and sugar.
Sift flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder.
Add eggs and flour mixture to the first 3 ingredients, alternately.
Bake in tube pan at 325Β° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Let cool in pan.
