Chocolate Pie
Chocolate Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 2 1/2 heaping tbsp. cornstarch, 1/4 tsp. salt, 3 egg yolks and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt and cocoa.
Add 1/2 milk (1 cup) and egg yolks.
Cook over medium heat until it begins to thicken; add rest of milk and cook until thick.
Add 1/2 cup butter.
Pour into cooked pie crust and top with meringue made of 3 egg whites and 1/4 cup sugar.
Bake until brown at 350Β°.
