Chocolate Pie
Chocolate Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. cocoa, 1 c. sugar, 2 1/2 c. cold milk, 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten and 4 tbsp. plain flour, sifted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In top of double boiler sugar, salt, cocoa and flour. Add milk and yolks.
Cook over hot water until thick. Add butter and vanilla.
Let cool and put in pie shell (baked). Whip whites by hand until stiff.
Add sugar, a little at a time.
Put on top of pie. Bake until browned at 350Β°.
