Chocolate Pie
Chocolate Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, separated, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 4 level tbsp. all-purpose flour, 6 tbsp. cocoa and 3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook in saucepan, stirring continuously until smooth and thick.
Pour into 2 baked pie shells.
Cover with frosting made from the 4 egg whites.
Beat until they stand in peaks by adding pinch of salt.
Then add 8 tablespoons granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring.
Spread over pies.
Preheat oven to 425Β° and brown pies lightly.
