Chocolate Pie
Chocolate Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. cocoa, 2 tbsp. flour (self-rising), 1 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. milk and 3 eggs, separated (save white for meringue), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Sift cocoa, flour and sugar into pan and make sure it is well mixed.
Add the milk and egg yolks.
Set whites aside for the meringue.
Cook all ingredients in a pan on medium heat.
Stir often until thick.
Add a lump of butter and the vanilla.
Mix well and pour into a baked pie shell.
Top with meringue and bake in 350Β° oven until meringue browns.
