Chocolate Pie
Chocolate Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. cocoa, 1 c. sugar, 2 egg yolks, 2 tbsp. flour and pinch salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In saucepan combine sugar,
Flour, salt, cocoa, and egg yolks; stir in enough milk to make good paste. Cook and stir over medium heat until bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes; gradually adding remaining milk. Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla. Pour into cooled baked pastry shell. Spread meringue on top of pie and bake at 350Β° for 12-15 minutes.
