Chocolate Pie
Chocolate Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. sugar, 2/3 c. cocoa, 4 to 5 egg yolks, 2/3 c. flour and 1 qt. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine sugar, flour and cocoa.
Add milk, egg yolks and salt. Cook in double boiler until thick.
Pour into baked pie crust and top with meringue, making sure to spread to edge of inside of crust.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until peaks are brown.
