Chocolate Pie
Chocolate Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. milk, 3/4 c. sugar, 3 3/4 tbsp. flour, 4 tbsp. cocoa and 3 egg yolks, well beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Scald milk in top of double boiler.
Combine sugar, flour and cocoa in a bowl; add enough of hot milk to make paste.
Return to double boiler and stir until thickened.
Cover and cook 10 minutes.
Add small amount of hot mixture to the 3 well beaten egg yolks.
Mix well and return to boiler.
Cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add vanilla and butter.
