Chocolate Pie
Chocolate Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs (yolks only), 3 tbsp. hershey's cocoa, 1 1/2 to 2 c. milk, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 2 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Beat egg yolks.
Add sugar, then add cocoa and cornstarch.
Add milk.
Stir well.
Cook slowly until thickens.
Add 1 tablespoon butter.
Remove from heat.
Add the flavoring.
Pour into already baked pie crust.
Make your meringue with leftover egg whites and 1/4 cup sugar.
Bake at 375Β° until meringue is golden (about 5 minutes).
