Chocolate Pie
Chocolate Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 extra large eggs, separated, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 (5 oz.) can pet evaporated milk, 3/4 c. self-rising flour and 1/4 c. cocoa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Use double boiler.
Beat egg yolks.
Add sugar and mix.
Add flour and cocoa.
Add milk and water.
Cook until thick. Stir occasionally.
When thick, add vanilla.
Pour into baked pie shells.
Beat egg whites.
Put on top of pie.
Bake at 375Β° until golden.
Makes 3 pies or 2 deep dish pies.
