Chocolate Pie
Chocolate Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 2 c. milk, 3 heaping tbsp. flour, 1 pie shell and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Beat egg yolks with milk in a double boiler; set aside.
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar and cocoa together; add to milk and eggs, then add vanilla and butter.
Cook until thick.
Pour into pie shell.
Save the egg whites for meringue.
