Chocolate Pecan Shortbread
Chocolate Pecan Shortbread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 3/4 tsp. salt, 1 c. pecan pieces, 9 oz. unsalted butter and 1/3 c. light brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oven to 300°.
Combine flour and salt in food processor, do pecans until fine not powdery.
Add to flour mixture.
Beat butter and sugar.
Reduce to slower speed, beat in flour mixture. Roll into tablespoon ball.
Put onto ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
Flatten about 2 inches around.
Bake 30 minutes. Melt chocolate in 250° oven.
Dip half cookie in melted chocolate or pour melted chocolate on cookie.
