Chocolate-Pecan Pie
Chocolate-Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. pecan halves, 1 tbsp. soft butter, 1/2 c. dark corn syrup, 2 eggs, slightly beaten and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Press 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans into buttered 8-inch pie plate.
Combine next 5 ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler, stirring constantly.
Add to egg mixture; mix well.
Pour into prepared pie dish.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans over top of pie.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream.
