Chocolate Pecan Pie
Chocolate Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, slightly beaten, 1 c. karo light or dark corn syrup, 1 (4 oz.) pkg. baker's german's sweet chocolate or 4 sq. (4 oz.) baker's semi-sweet chocolate, melted and cooled, 1/3 c. sugar and 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In large bowl, stir eggs, corn syrup, chocolate, sugar, butter and vanilla until blended.
Stir in pecans.
Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway between center and sides comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack.
Serves 8.
