Chocolate Pecan Pie
Chocolate Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, slightly beaten, 1 c. corn syrup (light or dark), 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted and 2 tbsp. margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix eggs, corn syrup, sugar, chocolate, margarine and vanilla together.
Put pecan pieces into an unbaked pie crust.
Pour mixture over pecan pieces.
