Large bowl stir eggs, corn syrup, chocolate, sugar, butter and vanilla until well blended.
Stir in pecans.
Pour into pie shell.
In 350Β° oven 50 to 60 minutes or until knife comes out clean when inserted into pie.
Cook on wire rack.
Serves 8.
