Chocolate Pecan Clusters
Chocolate Pecan Clusters is an easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. sweet cooking chocolate, 2 (6 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips, 1 tbsp. creamy peanut butter, 1/4 block paraffin and 3 1/2 c. roasted raw spanish peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt first 4 ingredients in large saucepan over low flame. Remove from heat.
Stir peanuts until thoroughly coated.
Drop from teaspoon on waxed paper.
Cool until firm.
Makes 6 dozen.
