Chocolate Peanut Clusters is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. chocolate pudding mix (not instant), 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. evaporated milk, 1 tbsp. butter and 1 c. or can salted peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine pudding, sugar, milk and butter in saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring, until it comes to a full boil.
Lower heat and cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add peanuts.
Beat until it begins to thicken.
Drop by spoonful on waxed paper.
If it gets too thick, put back on heat for a minute.
