In one saucepan, combine chocolate pudding and 2 1/2 cups milk.
In another saucepan, combine vanilla pudding and 1 1/2 cups milk.
Cook both until they boil and thicken over medium heat.
Stir peanut butter into vanilla pudding.
Drop warm pudding into crust, alternating chocolate and peanut butter; swirl together.
Chill completely.
