Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. vanilla almond bark, 1 pkg. chocolate almond bark, 1 jar creamy peanut butter and 1 box ritz crackers (yep, you got it!), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Spread creamy peanut butter generously on half the Ritz crackers, taking care to cover 1 side completely.
Place the other half of crackers atop the peanut buttered ones, sandwich style.
You may mix the 2 almond barks together and melt or melt each separately as desired.
Using tongs, dip each cookie sandwich into melted almond bark and place immediately on waxed paper to dry.
You may dip all the cookie sandwiches in 1 flavor, the mixed flavors or half 'n half for variety.
When dry, remove from paper and serve or store.
