Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Fudge
Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 1 c. peanut butter chips and dash of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Line 8-inch square pan with foil.
In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips with condensed milk, vanilla and salt; blend well.
Remove from heat.
Add peanut butter chips, stir just enough to distribute chips evenly in mixture.
Spread into prepared pan.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
Remove from pan, peel off foil and cut into squares.
Makes about 2 pounds.
