Chocolate Paska
Chocolate Paska is an easy dinner. Made with 4 oz. melted bitter or semi-sweet chocolate, 2 lb. cream cheese, 1/4 lb. sweet butter, 1 tbsp. vanilla and 2 c. sugar (if bitter chocolate is used or 1 c. if semi-sweet chocolate used), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Melt the chocolate in top of double boiler and let cool while you continue the recipe.
Mix cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla with electric beater.
Add cooled chocolate and cream well.
Put in a cheesecloth lined clay flowerpot or form.
You can also use a square pan lined with a graham cracker crust. Refrigerate overnight.
