Chocolate Oil Cake . . . Dark And Moist! is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, sifted, 2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 c. cocoa and 1 c. canola oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In large bowl, mix all ingredients at once with electric mixer (do not add eggs until last!).
Bake in large 13 x 9-inch pan, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
If using a metal pan, bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
If using a glass pan, bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
Also makes 30 cupcakes.
Dust with powdered sugar just before serving or top with Cool Whip topping or a frosting of your choice.
