Mix the sugar, cocoa, margarine and milk together in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
Boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
Add peanut butter and stir until dissolved.
Add flavoring. Next add oatmeal and beat mixture like fudge.
Drop by teaspoon on wax paper and let set.
