Cream butter, sugar and brown sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla.
In separate container, mix together flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
Mix together all ingredients, then add to first mixture.
Add chocolate chips, Hershey bar and chopped nuts. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet.
Make golf ball sized cookies. Bake at 275Β° until light brown.
