Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Mix together on medium heat the sugar, cocoa, milk, margarine and salt.
Bring to a boil.
Boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat. Add vanilla and peanut butter.
Stir quickly to dissolve peanut butter.
Add oatmeal.
Stir until evenly coated.
Drop on waxed paper or cookie sheet and cool.
