In a small pot, put sugar, cocoa, margarine and milk.
Bring to a boil.
Let boil for 2 1/2 minutes.
Remove from heat; add vanilla and peanut butter.
Stir in oatmeal.
Drop on wax paper. Makes 15 to 20 cookies.
