Chocolate Oatmeal Candy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. milk, 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. margarine, 4 tbsp. cocoa and 2 1/2 c. oatmeal, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil milk, sugar, margarine and cocoa for 1 1/2 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients.
