Chocolate-Oatmeal Cake
Chocolate-Oatmeal Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. brown sugar, 1 c. white sugar, 1/2 c. margarine, 2 eggs and 1 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In large bowl cream together first 4 ingredients.
Sift together the next 3 ingredients and add to those in the bowl. Combine 1/2 cup chocolate chips, water and oatmeal; let stand for 10 minutes.
Add this to the bowl and pour into a cake pan and top with the last 2 ingredients.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 35 minutes and serve with whip cream.
