Chocolate Nut Zucchini Cake
Chocolate Nut Zucchini Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted, 3 c. unsifted flour, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. baking soda and 1 tsp. salt or to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Grease 10-inch tube pan; set aside.
Sift flour, baking powder, salt and soda.
Set aside.
At high speed of electric mixer, beat eggs until thick.
Gradually add sugar, 1/4 of a cup at a time, beating well.
Add vegetable oil and melted chocolate and continue beating well.
Add vanilla and almond extracts.
At low speed, add sifted flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda mixture.
