Chocolate-Nut Crispies
Chocolate-Nut Crispies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 c. light corn syrup, 2 c. chunky peanut butter, 2 tbsp. parkay margarine and 5 c. crisp rice cereal, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Saucepan, combine the sugar and syrup. Cook and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes to dissolve the sugar. Remove blend in the chunky peanut butter and the margarine.
In the rice cereal.
Spread in pan and set aside.
In a heavy saucepan, melt the chocolate pieces over low heat.
Spread on top of peanut butter-cereal mixture. Chill for 1 hour or until the topping is firm.
Cut into bars. Makes 36 bars.
