Chocolate Mousse is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. sweet dark chocolate, 5 tbsp. water, 5 eggs, separated and 2 tsp. rum, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt chocolate in water.
Carefully mix with well-beaten egg yolks and rum.
Beat egg whites until they are stiff and gently fold them into the chocolate mixture.
