Chocolate Mousse
Chocolate Mousse is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 1 packet unflavored gelatin, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 c. milk and 1 sq. grated baking chocolate, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix together and heat on low first 5 ingredients until most of the chocolate is dissolved.
Pour into a bowl and mix in vanilla. Chill until the mixture begins to take the form of the bowl. While the mixture is chilling, whip heavy cream in a separate bowl until it takes the consistency of whipped cream.
Slowly fold in small amounts of the whipped cream to the chilled chocolate mixture until all is mixed together.
Chill and serve.
