Chocolate Mousse
Chocolate Mousse is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 1/3 c. cocoa, 3 tbsp. cornstarch, 2 c. skim milk and 1/4 tsp. almond extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In saucepan, stir together sugar, cocoa and cornstarch.
Add milk.
Bring to boil and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Remove from heat.
Add almond extract and cool.
Just before serving, stir in Cool Whip.
