Chocolate Molded Dessert
Chocolate Molded Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. cherry jello, 3 c. boiling water and pineapple juice, 2 cans crushed pineapple, drained, 1 (8 oz.) carton cool whip and 1/2 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Pour water over jello.
When thick enough, whip several minutes with electric mixer.
Fold pineapple, Cool Whip and nuts into jello mix.
Save out 1/2 cup wafers to put on top.
Pat a layer of crushed wafers on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread jello mixture over this and sprinkle with reserved wafer crumbs.
Refrigerate.
