Mix cake mix, eggs and mayonnaise in a mixing bowl with mixer. Add 1 cup of water and mix for 1 minute.

Spray pan with Pam (12 1/2 x 10 1/4 x 2 1/4-inch pan).
Use Mrs. King's Icing.
