Chocolate Marshmallow Dessert
Chocolate Marshmallow Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 graham crackers, 1/2 lb. marshmallows, 3 egg yolks, 1/2 c. chocolate sauce and 3 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mash graham crackers.
Sprinkle half in bottom of 8 x 11-inch pan or shallow dish.
Beat egg whites stiff; add marshmallow, cut fine and nuts.
Pour this mixture over crumbs.
Beat egg yolks; add sugar, butter and chocolate sauce.
Put this on top of egg white mixture; cover with remaining crumbs and let stand in refrigerator for several hours.
Do not freeze.
