Chocolate Marshmallow Cream
Chocolate Marshmallow Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c sugar, 1 envelope unflavored gelatin 1 tbsp, 2 1/4 c milk, 1 sq unsweetened chocolate and 11 to 16 large marshmallows cut up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Blend sugar, gelatin, milk, and chocolate thoroughly in saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, just until mixture comes to a boil.
Place pan in cold water, cool until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from spoon.
Stir in marshmallows and nuts.Fold in egg whites and whipped cream.
Chill 4 hrs. 8 servings.
