Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies
Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. sifted flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. soda, 1 c. cocoa and 1 c. shortening, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Sift flour, salt, soda and cocoa together and set aside. Blend shortening, sugar and eggs together at high speed. Gradually add milk alternately with dry ingredients.
Add nuts and vanilla.
Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet and bake 8 or 9 minutes at 350Β°.
Remove from oven and place 1/2 large marshmallow in center of each cookie.
Return to oven and bake 2 to 3 minutes longer.
Remove from sheet.
Cool and ice.
Makes 9 dozen cookies.
