Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Mix well flour, soda, salt, sugar and cocoa.
Add Crisco, egg and milk-cream.
Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet.
Bake 8 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with marshmallow. Return to oven to bake 2 minutes more.
