Chocolate Icing is an easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 2 c. sugar, 2/3 c. (small can) evaporated milk and 6 oz. frozen chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Bring to boil over medium heat.
