Chocolate Icing
Chocolate Icing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 sq. dark chocolate, 1 1/2 c. milk, 2 tbsp. cold water, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt chocolate in a double boiler.
When melted add sugar, milk and cornstarch which have already been blended with water.
Remove from double boiler and place on direct heat, medium-high.
Cook until thick.
Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
Stir. Enjoy!
